How Solazur SRL collects, uses, and protects your personal data under the EU GDPR and Belgian law.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Identification and contact data you provide via our website forms (name, work email, company, role).

Engagement data we receive in the context of consulting work, under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

Technical and usage data collected via cookies and analytics, only with your consent. See our Cookie policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your enquiry and managing the commercial relationship: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract / contract).

Direct marketing to existing clients: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), with opt-out at any time.

Analytics and marketing cookies: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Legal and accounting obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

4. Recipients and processors

Solazur uses a limited number of carefully selected processors, including hosting, email, CRM, and our delivery partner Valenta where relevant. Each processor is bound by a written data-processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.

Personal data is not sold or rented. Data may be transferred outside the EEA only under adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Contact form data: up to 24 months from last interaction, then deleted.

Client engagement data: as set out in the engagement letter; typically 7 years for accounting purposes, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Send any request to hello@solazur.be.

You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

7. Updates

This policy may be updated. The version date is shown below. Material changes are notified to clients and registered contacts.
